 Classes must have 4 people registered to be held. 

All are welcome! You must R.S.V.P. to all classes. To reserve your spot, call us at 720-305-3585.


                        

Class topics include:

~  Nutrition and Food Prep Education - the what, why and how on specific foods

~  Lifestyle Support - implementing and balancing healthy lifestyle practices
~  Wellness - prevention and creating a natural medicine cabinet
~  Health - Education on specific health concerns and what you can do to repair and maintain your well-being
~  Wholeness - Harmonizing Body-Mind-Spirit and integrating alternative therapies (essential oils, meditation, body and energy work)
